The following is an index to property transfer deeds and party wall and building restriction agreements recorded at the Suffolk County Deed Registry from the original land purchase until the land was taken by the City of Boston for use as a public park. Mortgages, trust agreements, and other similar recorded documents are not included. This index is intended as a guide only; actual deeds should be reviewed for details.
In 1958, the land and buildings at 107 Commonwealth were recorded as registered land with the Land Court. The land and buildings at 260 Clarendon remained recorded land with the Suffolk County Deed Registry.
