Building restriction agreement (1) modifying prior building restriction agreement (Book 2037, p. 549) to (a) permit the eastern wall of a one story rear ell at the rear of 304 Commonwealth to be sixteen feet from the western line of 302 Commonwealth (the permitted line previously being twenty feet from 302 Commonwealth), and (b) permit construction of a rear bay at 304 Commonwealth, the eastern line of which is thirteen feet from the western line of 302 Commonwealth; and (2) permitting 302 Commonwealth to install three windows (two on the first story and one on the second story) in the portion of the party wall not being used by 304 Commonwealth, said windows to remain “at the pleasure of” 304 Commonwealth.
