The following is an index to property transfer deeds, party wall agreements, and building restrictions recorded at the Suffolk County Deed Registry from the original land purchase the building’s demolition in 1953. Mortgages, trust agreements, and other similar recorded documents are not included. This index is intended as a guide only; actual deeds should be reviewed for details.
Also included are deeds relating to the undeveloped lot at 34 Marlborough, to the west of 32 Marlborough, which was owned by the owner of 32 Marlborough from 1883.
For transactions related to the successor building, see separate index for 299 Berkeley.
