Transfers of Unimproved Land: Irregularly shaped lot with a 49.4 inch frontage on Commonwealth, the eastern part of a lot with a 356.24 foot frontage on Commonwealth, the eastern line of which runs at an angle to the southwest.  The point at which this line intersects with the middle of the alley between Commonwealth and Newbury is 40.66 west of the point at which it intersects with the southern side of Commonwealth.
