Agreement modifying earlier building restriction included in Book 2034, p. 537 (19Dec1891), specifying that until December 19, 1911, (a) any building built at 375 Commonwealth shall be a single dwelling house not more than four stories in height with the depth limited to not more than 62 feet north from the front line of 377 Commonwealth, but allowing for “the usual projections” in the front and for a bay window in the rear projecting from the second and third not more than 2.5 feet, the west side of which shall be no closer than 11 feet from the boundary line between 375 Commonwealth and 377 Commonwealth; and (b) a triangular parcel of land at the rear of 375 Commonwealth shall be kept open to the sky to provide light and air for 377 Commonwealth, that parcel beginning at a point on the western boundary between 375 and 377 Commonwealth 58 feet 8 inches north of the front of 377 Commonwealth, running north 3 feet 4 inches, thence east 3 feet 4 inches, thence southwest  4 feet 8 inches to the point of beginning.
