Building restriction included in land transfer deed specifying that no building may be erected on the premises the depth of which is any greater than the current building at 391 Commonwealth, and that no fence or wall shall ever be erected that is “higher than that now maintained” between 391 Commonwealth and 393 Commonwealth without the written consent of the owner of 393 Commonwealth.
