Agreement for (a) the construction by Frederic Pope for Eben Jordan of two houses on land owned by Eben D. Gibson (with Eben Jordan’s concurrence), and then amended to substitute a lot with a frontage of 12 feet on the eastern side, abutting land of Charles U. Cotting (where 391 Beacon would be built) for the 36 foot wide lot where 393-395 Beacon would be built.
