Easement: The original deeds for the houses at 3-5 Gloucester included a three foot wide easement at the rear (east boundary) to provide passage and drainage to the alley for 3-5-7 Gloucester. On August 1, 1873, after the houses were built, the owners acquired an additional three foot strip to the east, which also included an easement for passage and drainage, creating a six foot wide easement. On the same day, the owners agreed to eliminate the earlier easement so that the passageway would be three feet wide at the eastern boundary of their property. | |||||||||
