| Easement: The original deeds for the houses at 3-5 Gloucester included a three foot wide easement at the rear (east boundary) to provide passage and drainage to the alley for 3-5-7 Gloucester. On August 1, 1873, after the houses were built, the owners acquired an additional three foot strip to the east, which also included an easement for passage and drainage, creating a six foot wide easement.
