Parker Joseph Brown was born on January 16, 1890, in Revere, the son of Allen J. Brown and his wife, Mary J. Geaghen (daughter of John Geaghen)
He married on March 25, 1913, in Portland, Maine, to Katherine B. Frye (b. 17Oct1893 in Revere; d. 21Jan1991 in Saugus), daughter of George H. Frye and his wife, Katherine Beyerle (gottleib Beyerle)
Career
Parker Brown worked as a draftsman from about 1911. By 1917, he was an architect with Silverman Engineering, By the early 1920s, he had joined David R. Silverman and Edward F. Heenan to form the architect firm of Silverman, Brown, and Heenan. In about 1928, it became the firm of Silverman and Brown. They remained partners until about 1930, after which Brown practiced alone until the late 1950s.
