Theodore Minot Clark

Personal Data

Theodore Minot Clark was born in 1845 in Boston, the son of Luther Clark and his wife, Selina C. Bond.

He married on November 11, 1879, in Boston, to Jeanette French (b. 1857-1858 in Randolph; d. 4Jan1914 in Boston), daughter of Austin Bryant French and his wife, Sarah Jane Atkins.

Theodore Clark died on April 30, 1909, in Boston.

Career

Theodore Clark graduated from Harvard in 1866.  He opened an architecture office in Boston in the mid-1870s, having previously worked for several years in New York.

In 1881 and 1882, he worked in association with Edgar Corrie Curtis with whom he shared his office.  By 1883, Curtis had moved to a separate office.  It does not appear that they ever had a formal partnership.
